It all starts with a free consultation, where we get to know your needs, budget and preferences. Then, our team selects and organizes viewings of only properties that actually meet your criteria, so that you don’t waste unnecessary time. When you find your property, we assist you in negotiating the price and terms, and after reaching an agreement, we take over the coordination of all the documentation – from the preliminary contract to the finalization of the deal in front of a notary. And since for us the work does not end with the signing, we remain available after the deal for any questions related to your new home.
